sorry2interrupt
But seriously, what were you doing that can't wait?
We're writing to you about something that won't wait, Global Warming.
We know that you're doing what you can for the environment and to mitigate Global Warming. Here's an opportunity for you to speak up on what Canada should be doing.
Earth Day Canada has a brand new campaign that will help your voice be heard. We're asking every Canadian the one question they've never been asked
before:
GLOBAL WARMING: WHAT DO U WANT CANADA 2 DO?
The greatest part of this campaign is that we really want to know your answer.
Here's how it works:
1.Write down your answer to the question on your hand, a used
napkin, a whiteboard, a sidewalk, whatever you choose.. be inventive!
2. Take a picture of yourself holding up your answer.
3. Email it to sorry@earthday.ca
4. Interrupt your friends and family with texts and emails and ask
them what they want Canada 2 Do.
And, if you don't have a camera phone or digital camera, just email a picture of yourself along with your answer to the question to sorry@earthday.ca.
Then check out all of the answers at earthday.ca/sorry. Some may surprise you!
So, let's do something totally unCanadian. Let's start interrupting - interrupt everyone you know.
Oh, and sorry2interrupt - but if we didn't, who would?

Stop urban development, stop greed, stop using agricultural lands traditionally used for food production for biofuels, its driving up the cost of food, and making transportation a priority over feeding the worlds hungry.
Pray for mankind to end selfishness and greed. Stop buying useless shit and being part of the consumer walmart pipeline. BUY LOCAL GOODS AND FOOD Trucks have to bring in the crap people buy.

Nice job! When the people lead the politicians will follow. We've organized a big event in my hometown--giving away free CFL bulbs, handing out literature, signing people up for clean energy. It's happening slowly, but it's happening. Keep on fighting the good fight!

The people speak! And they're tired of empty promises. We need more grassroots campaigns like this. Good job!! Spread the word.

A small action for individuals but a humongous thing if we ALL did it! Just think.
