Cucumber Salad

The main reason why I used an English cucumber is that their skins don't need to be manipulated to be consumed easier.

  • That's just a Greek salad without tomatoes

  • Greek Salad lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives, feta cheese, vinaigrette

Salad in this video - no lettuce , no tomatoes , check on the onions, check on the olives, I used old cheese but suggested feta as a variation, Greek salad dressing check (I guess?) and I had two type of bell peppers in mine.

Cucumber is the "highlighted" ingredient hence - cucumber salad.

I appreciate the insight though ^_^

  • mmmmmm :)

  • except for the cheese right :p
