@yhya20071 seems everyone have same problem :) anyways its in video editing, once you add video for editing yo will see menu in right corner something like Edit strip, Strip input, Filter! you need to go under filter options and click on backwards and it should work. If for any reason that don't work download latest version of blender and do the same

tnx @gyrocam flare/glare :) it was accident i think cos i used text and then convert it to mash cosed that effect
