  • how accurate is this thing stock?

  • It's decent.

I can hit a soda can 2 out of 5 times across our parking lot. 150-175 feet. It seems to want to send flyers to the right consistantly target shooting, but for skirmishing it would hit center-mass size targets all day.

The barrel is stock, the guys who modded it told me the G&G's come stock w/ barrels as nice as any aftermarket units and it was'nt worth the money to upgrade it...

  • nice video, and thats a great idea for a target

  • Thanks

Hang a towel in a box, it knocks the bb's down so they don't go everywhere. Simple and cheap.

  • Is this the normal M14, or the SOCOM?

  • That is the SOCOM w/ some mods

  • yes that sure is better than recycling

  • SOCOM w/ Guarder 150 spring, reinforced piston, shimmed gearbox. Shoots over 500 consistantly...

  • G&G does a decent job on these detail-wise. Very real looking and same weight (9lbs. - a bit heavy if you want to use it for real skirmish)

My 14 came from Tactical Airsoft Supply in Utah, they tear them down and upgrade them before they sell them. They shimmed the gearbox, replaced the piston w/ a metal geared unit and upgraded the spring to a 150. It shoots over 500 fps consistantly, and rof is decent on 9.6 volts. I highly recommend TAS they have outstanding customer service

  • i'm looking in to buying the G&G M14.

    would you reccomend it?
