failed to Notice pinky's Notice
if a Person fails to Notice a Notice before a set date and the date passes, It is generally accepted that the Person who was given Notice has Accepted the terms of the Notice

Can someone please advice me on how to deal with a fixed penalty fare for Depositing Litter under Section 87 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990..?

I threw a cigarette on the floor and was given a fixed penalty for it!

@Tango198817 well if you accepted the fixed penalty you have accepted the obligation to pay you should not have given any details then you would not have made yourself liable

if it was a council warden who accosted you he had no authority you gave him your authority

if it was a PCSO once again he had no authority til you gave it to him

you had commited no crime but you accepted the offer to give details and pay the fine sorry no way out unless you never signed anything

this man was prescribed SATIVEX an unlicensed cannabis extract made in the uk at 600 pounds cost to the tax payer

so growing his own medicine is actually cheaper for society than him being prescribed a low grade version

I have never smoked canabis... yet i think it should be a matter of choice for the men or woman wether to smoke it or not... same goes for all the drugs not matter if they are harmfull or not...

this should be a matter of ones choice...

C E O = cheif executive officers

when a man joins a constabulary it is actually being part of the queens peace keepers they swear oaths as Constables

but ...........

whilst being trained they are officers therefore being given the role as executive officers of the crown corporation and there fore work under the statutes written buy the British Corporation now trading as UK PLc

For the record, I strongly dislike these draconian statutes, but it's people like you that made them necessary in the first place. I lived in medium sized town in Germany where there is very little litter on the streets. Why? Because the people there respect their environment. I'd have made you pick it up, but since you admit littering, pay up.
