Arm wrestling is a sport that usaully people use most of their forearm in im fourteen and ive been in a arm wrestling competition its not that hard like everyone thinks it is you still need to have alot of strenght but skill too and to all the pricks who are leaving bad comments ill still beat 90% of you in arm wrestling

Did my first competition a few months ago. Going in as an amateur I did not know how much torque it puts on your humerus. Looking forward to competing again next year.

FACT: negatily commenting on something you know nothing about makes you sound like a fool. as far as 'real' strength.. the majority of you who negatively comment on this video could not pin the top pullers from the center position even with two hands and using body weight. The strength that these athletes can achive is beyond that of a average persons(someone who hasnt armwrestled on a proper table) comprehension. Being involved in the sport is only way to really appreciate what they can do..
