This was in March 2007, when balletschool in Moenchengladbach, Germany, decided to dance the jewish way ;) Here's our little Jewish Wedding, choreographed by our Moldovan ballet teacher.
PS: I'm also dancing (one of the men) and our teacher is one of the rabbis, guess which one ;)

Jüdische Hochzeit - Männer und Frauentanz
Ein großer Erfolg der Ballettschule Happy Dance in Mönchengladbach, die kleine aber feine Inszenierung einer jüdischen Hochzeit mit viel Tanz :)
Das ist die dritte Szene, wo es endlich mal was abgeht ;) Männer und Frauen tanzen abwechselnd.

This is a little funny " feel good" video. It captures joy and happines in dancing the jewish way. The jewish people is known for dancing it is a big part of who we are. Hope you all will recieve it in a good spirit. I personally think it leaves you with a light happy heart. Not everything in life has to be totally seriously. And this dancing is very harmles in its unseriously way.Shalom from Elisheva.

our ballet teacher is from moldova and he graduated as a dancer in bolshoi (dont know if its right to say that like this ^^) in moldova he lived with a lot of jewish friends and he grew up with them and saw a lot of jewish life and culture. also he knows about jewish dance through media of course.
