Well look at it this way; This is the only version of the Reign Set that a lvl. 55-69 can get. And who doesn't wan't the ubers?! And it doesn' mattr because he indicated in the description he has the reign plate.

I once bought the first version of the nemesis plates and it dealt same as scion plate but with more attacks so Id recommend you buy it or either look at my other recommendation.

Better try to get the heir plate if your not strong enough for the reign because heir first attack deals 210% dmg the rest of the heir plates attacks deal 33.33% dmg dealing 309.99% dmg which is a lot :D
