Chances are you're already tired of the gravely serious tone permeating Bethesda's "Fallout 3", and what better way to get some refreshing change of scenery than to move from post-apocalyptic Washington DC to post-apocalyptic New Jersey?

That's precisely what you can do if you choose to play Legend Entertainment's 1994 CRPG "Superhero League of Hoboken", in which you control a party of hilarious superheroes trying to achieve fame and fortune and thwart the evil schemes of your arch-nemesis Dr. Entropy. The game combines turn-based RPG combat with significant adventure game elements which will be familiar to anyone who has played other Legend games such as "Companions of Xanth" or "Death Gate".

  • This was the only video of this game on YouTube before FFL2and3rocks started his playthrough of it... Wow, it's really unheard of.

  • I didn't know about the LP by FFL2and3rocks, but I've added a link to it in the video description. It's always nice to hear about YouTube playthroughs of games that most people haven't already played 1000 times...

  • This game has been one of my favorite RPGs since I played it at my Grandpa's house when I was ten or eleven. The first time I got music, voice, and sound to all work at the same time was such a treat because so much goes on in the game.

  • never got to the combat on this game

  • Oh man thanks for reposting this!! Brings back so many great memories :3
