it worked up until the feather brushing. when I clicked on the areas it did nothing.

@CoutureDolls Go to windows, then recently closed docks. Layers, channels, paths should show up. Click it and the layers toolbar should appear.

I was trying to change the skin in an anime pic to white and it doesn't work...do you know why? or possibly do a tutorial of that?
