  • Congrats on your iPhone 4. I love mine and record all my videos on them. Emotional eating can be tough. I particularly eat bad under stress. But I have started putting zero PP foods out so that I can eat those without feeling guilty. Going ninja on a bowl of carrots makes me feel better than going ninja on a bowl of brownies. Keep plugging away. That's all we can do.

  • @loveandjoy810 yeah lol, I ate probably three cups of green beans yesterday in one sitting....it really makes me wonder why I have the need to "feed" myself and not nourish myself. Thanks for the encouragement and phone advice! :-)

  • Oh and I almost forgot. I stream Netflix to my phone and watch movies and tv shows while working out. It makes my elliptical time fly by.
