Oshare Visual Kei Makeup/Hair tutorial (ビジュアル系メイク/ヘアスタイル)

Hope you guys liiiike it.
Focusing on the eyes and fuwa fuwa 'fluffy' pigtails.

What you need:

Liquid Liner
White eyeshadow
Black eyeshadow
Purple Liner
Red Liner (or red eyeshadow if you have it)
False eyelashes/lash glue
Mascara
Concealer
Powder
Hairspray
Comb
Blush optional

EDIT* GUYS, first thing I say is "this is MY take on visual kei/decora"
(word I was looking for was oshare おしゃれ系 baha) --need to broaden my vocabulary to prevent any more misconception in the future..

@shannon24683 What's wrong with freckles?? I find freckles really attractive.. : ( I like seeing people work with their unique-ness, rather than cover it up with makeup. Clear skin, freckley skin, light skin, dark skin.. They're all beautiful!
