I apologize, I thought you meant that you would set up a live web feed of the rumkorff coil. I then postulated that the only reason to do so would be to charge for it.

Still, I don't see how a video of a device creating scalar waves would transmit the scalar waves to a watcher halfway around the world. If indeed scalar waves are even being generated.
