I don't see any harassment here. Just an officer doing his job, asked 3 questions, stepped away.
IMO, that is not harassment.
You call it what you want, but if you ever go to court & I am a juryman, your opinion of what constitutes harassment is something I would disregard as an accurate definition.

Harrassment, eh? If someone flicks a spitwad at him, I suppose that'd be grievous bodily assault. Three things to note here....first, the "victim" has no idea what harrassment is. Second, he quite obviously has an over-inflated sense of importance. Third, he's a "paulian," which means he's already got "splinters in the windmills of his mind!" lol.
