@MyRosenn Hey I've been working out for a while and the thing is I have found is that working out independently for me gets boring and I loss my drive and interest in it. I actually like this game cause it keeps me engaged day to day to work out. But then again everyone has their own tactics on working out, so I'm not saying your way is wrong, if it works for you great.

@SyaoranKun86 I wouldn't say that the Kinect is only for people in good condition. I'm in the process of losing weight, not in the greatest condition, and play Kinect all the time! So far, I've lost over 11 pounds by modifying what I eat and playing Kinect...it's way too hot outside, and the Kinect makes it to where I can still exercise without having heatstroke!

But everything else, I agree with you! :)

This is a great game and one of my favorite workout games! Kinect is just awesome period. I played the Wii, then the Kinect and ordered the Kinect the next day...I was hooked! I have wrist problems, so holding the control with the Wii made them very sore. With the Kinect, you don't have to worry about that.
