Wow dude... I've nearly 26 and in my entire life I've caught "1" steelhead! I was a kid and I was fishing near a hatchery LOL
I would kill for less then to experience something like that.
Since... killing isn't an option, where did you travel from to get there & about how much did it cost you?
I suppose I could drive to Alaska from here in British Columbia if need be...

Hey Tim, We went to yakutat Alaska, the situk River. You can only fly in.... About 3000 a piece for everything including the air ticket.
