Introduction.

Hello everyone!
I'll be documenting the life of Zuko, my Indian Ringneck Parakeet. He's about 6 months old.

Video game [WoW, TF2, L4D2, etc] and art stuff [perhaps photoshop tutorials or something similar, art slideshows, etc] will probably make their way to this channel too. :P


Music is from the Grease soundrack.
Zuko is named after John Travolta's character in that movie, Danny Zuko. ♥
And I love "oldies", so there's probably going to be a lot of that on these videos too. :P

Make sure you do your homework about it, because the bites are vicious even though he doesn't mean any harm.

Yes, we did a ton and a half of research before bringing Zuko home. Lately he's been lunging at us, but as soon as his beak touches us, it turns into a rub or nudge or very soft pinch. He hasn't bit either of us yet, so we're hoping his bluffing stage won't be too severe. How did you get through it with Helix?

And by the way - I loooove Kaicho. ♥ His little voice is so cute!

@Synth oh man, Helix and his bluffing.... heh, to be honest it was a nightmare.

After researching for so long about IRN's, I thought I was ready. About 2 months into having Helix home, he still was bluffing incredibly hard. Apparently he needed thorough testing of his razor-beak. after MORE research, I found that some irn's bluff for extended time... Helix took 5 months. (can you imagine?) and He had me bleed a few times, but I knew he meant no harm.

The Key: do NOT react--- redirect. :)
