i agree, these are all great books. i am most interested in shakti's book right now though. the thing i like most about this book is that is it more than just a read-thru; it also involves a compilation of numerous exercises to work thru.

Hi Angel. I first found Shakti's Creative Visualization book in 1996, then a few months later she gave a lecture/meditation in New York City. So a few months after finding about her, I was standing next to her and then being led through a meditation by Shakti herself, kind of like a real example of the results of visualization.
