Ooh, nice Muse! My Bass Sweet Potato has a virtually identical range, so I think we can both appreciate the "wise & deep" tone it has. Hehe.. Raglan Road. That's not an STL!

It sounds really mellow. Does it overblow easily? I have a Hind walnut in the lower range. After playing soprano ocarinas or higher, I find I overblow the Hind and make it squeal.

I waited until I got home to answer this one, so I could try overblowing on the oc and answer better. The lowest couple notes do take a very delicate breath, but unless you REALLY over blow and make it go up an octave, it won't make any sound at all when you over blow. I typically do not have trouble getting any of the notes to sound nicely.
