It isn't stupid at all. We are all sensitive to our surroundings. We can all walk into a place and not feel right or comfortable. If someone came in and rearranged all the stuff in your home and painted it all a different colour without you knowing - it would upset you a lot. Your home would feel "wrong". Sometimes we go to someone else's home that perhaps has bad energies and we can feel it instantly. It is not stupid. It is real.

personally i think this is super-stupid too but then again it will work for those who believe in it, the power of suggestion does work. But the downfall is that the person holding the quartz or that other thing will believe that they have to have those objects on them for them to function in life (sorta like a drug). Its like the athlete who has a good luck charm and on the night he does not have the charm on him he believes he will fail and most likely ends up failing.
