  • You have to keep in mind the sugar content of those fruits. You might as well be eating candy metabolically speaking.

  • Apples , Plums , Cherries can be used on Atkins too.

  • try this for a dessert:

    blend 1 avocado with unsweetened cocoa powder and add some strawberries and maybe even rasberries to sweeten. makes a chocolate fruit mousse! you cant even tell the avocado is there cause its black from the cocoa.

  • What about my favorite fruits, like bananas, mangos, persimmons, papayas, mandarins, jakfruit, figs (Fresh), dates (fresh), guavas, nectarines, mulberries (oh yeah, berries are good), cherimoya, grapes, prunes, and sapote (all types?) And do I also have to limit myself on these, to say, under a kilo or two a day)? Thanks in advance

  • Well , I know these ssweet fruits cannot be added on the induction. but I mean Id like to have an advice about how to add them on latter phases. I tried it once , and I ate too many of them at once, as if I was on mantainence, and I ate them with crean. I believe I had a Insulin surge , because I noticed I gained some belly fat.

    I believe that the fact that I ate too much fruit altoghetrer at once maybe caused a rush on insulin that Would not happen if I decided to separate the fruit in small
