RF grounding diodes lose more functionality above 900Mhz so it may take less than 8 watts at higher u-wave frequency. 450Mhz will work but requires around 15 watts of power and close proximity to the machine to affect the Random Number Generator on the mainboard bypassing the RF grouding diodes.
