David has an international airport, many American franchises and all the shopping anyone could want.
David is on the Pacific Coast so is hot and humid however Volcan in the highlands at about 4000 feet. It boasts cool spring like weather year round.
There is no need for heating or cooling so utilities are cheap. Really the cost of living is the lowest I have found. By building a home in an American quality development one can have a very high standard of living at very low cost.
