When did y'all start selling equipment
MrScrappy1985 2 months ago
@MrScrappy1985 We were John Deere dealers for 28 years. We closed our dealership in '08. So now we do a little selling, trying to sell our used equipment before the trades come in.

Random question buy why don't you get the s690 instead of the 680 since your getting several of them? kinda like getting the 9770s instead of 9870's and reason in particular?
lovetore 2 months ago
@lovetore Well the obvious reason is price. We usually run 3 9770s, but next year we are going to 2 S680s. The reason is the 680 and 690 both have the same benefits. They both have the bigger cleaning shoe, and same unload and other options, so there's not much reason to go the bigger machine is Hp and we don't run chopping corn heads, 4wh, etc. the reason for reducing combines is the new ones are more productive w 16 row heads, and we can reduce labor.

The amount of capital you have invested is amazing.
Thanks for sharing.

@GreyManDet You are exactly right. These machines keep getting bigger and more expensive, but also becoming more efficient. Thanks for watching!
