  • @ALFCVN @cla213cla They didn't mention that at all. What you want to do is when you pull the bamboo mat back away from the roll (in step 5 at 2:07 in the video) you should pull the plastic back with it. You can kind of see it in the beginning between 0:10-0:14

  • @HazielBlack Calm down, they uploaded a video on how to make the rice, it was right before this one and you can easily Google all the other stuff you want to know. The woman in the video said you can use anything you want a bunch of times.
