  • Every time this comes on I think it's "I Love the Sound of Breaking Glass." I know the two songs have different intros and sounds entirely, but my mind just wants to hear the opening lyrics of Breaking Glass...oh well, weird me.

  • Dick Clark. What a tool.

  • Paul Carrack on vocals and kbd - just about the time of squeeze's Tempted.

Nick lowe was(is) a master collaborator

  • I wish Nick would plug back in for one more album and tour, I dig the acoustic and quiet stuff but I love his power pop and rockabilly stuff.

  • should've seen them when they came through town as "Noise to go"...we danced all night !!!! Such a great songwriter!

  • Nick is God, hey nick, i play better guitar than most the guys you play with and Im free....

  • ah gives me the shivers..... i'm born -82, but so grown up with this kind of music.

  • Yeah, Paul Carrack's got a good singing voice. He and Nick make a great team. That was an awesome find, since I've been a huge fan of that show for 27 years.
