buff banner/concheror effect is determined by player radius ALWAYS, if an engineer is inside a buff banner then his sentry halfway across the map will shoot minicrits/heal the engie, has nothing to do with the sentry relative to the soldier.
a battalion backup'ed soldier is IMMUNE to axtinguisher crits even while burning, the description does exactly what it says it will. amazing, i guess?
