I decided it was time to do a rather sexy dance ;) I feel like I always do a fast paced dance, and i just wasnt in the mood for that tonight. I was all into it and then I realized that the song was ending, HAHA! and I believe I was in mid-invert, so I had to finish the dance with the beginning of another song. On another note, I do feel some strength coming back, but the one thing that is killing me is the handspring. I get half way up and sometimes I dont think Im gonna make it, but usually I do. I'd apreciate it if anyone has any pointers on maybe some exericses to strengthen my arms. Also Ive been trying to do the elbow hold(inverted) kina like in an aysha, and I cant even let go for a min, bc I feel like im gonna fall flat on my face, lol. Soooo pointers on that would also be great. Im trying to get my "groove" back LMAO!
