works with 3.1.2 only. You can downgrade your firmware from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2

I have a ipod 2gen and 3.1.2 from itunes. now when i do this the dude pic doesnt pop up its just a black screen and it does absolutly nothing! Do you know what the problem is?!?!
