You balanced them way wrong (although this is how I did them on my first heli ;) ) You find the center of gravity of both blades and add weight to the lighter blade at the tip or root to move the cg to the same spot. Then you balance it like this and put the tape at the center of gravity. That will give the best performance and least vibration.

That's not quit wright. You MUST find the CG first ( for dynamic balancing ) and then you add the tape equaly apart of your CG mark on your lightess blade ( for static balancing ). If you don't do it that way, the tape at the end of the blade will "weight" way to much at high revolution.

Well not entirely right.. depends on the center of gravety of the 2 blades. First you determine where both COG are. Then you weigh them, and the lighter one you add weight at the correct side so that the COG are the same. If you don't do it like this the blades are balanced, but still flies like crap.

You dont balance rotor blades by adding weight to the end .. you add the weight to the center of the blade at the blades center of gravity...

thanks for this video. i know about balancing but i usually use my kyosho balancer and i've always wondered how i can make sure both blades are straight - yours is better as it's bolted together and properly straight by aligning against the flat of the table. i'll copy this and use my high point balancer!
