    they cant say they will cut military spending for 2 reasons....1...politics...if they do a future opponent will run an add stating that so and so wanted to cut military spending in a time of war...blah blah...2...pork...lots of these guys are benefitting from some sort of military program in their district...i love ron...i think rand is a joke
