@wozzers2 i know what u mean but my case is different, i have abnormally long legs with a reach thats just a little bit over average, my legs make up like 2/3 up my body -.-
so its diff for me

@BasedJatt mate long arms is actually a plus in deadlifts im 6 foot 3 with a 6 foot 11 wingspan i came in the gym at 190lbs and deadlifted 240kg for a 1rm i won't be doing 1rm anymore but im sure ican do more

LOL. You're struggling with a 3 plate deadlift. Fucking sad mate. If I did as many cycles as you I'd be doing 405 (4 plates) for reps. Fucking sad cunt.
