The Ideal Companion: A DVD Guide to Cat Breeds is an indispensable "visual guidebook," not just for prospective cat owners, but for cat lovers in general.

Produced in cooperation with North America's top breeders, this DVD provides insights into the history, temperament, sociability and life span of 20 different breeds of cats. It includes colorful charts that indicate brushing requirements and detail how active and vocal each breed tends to be, and a special section with valuable tips on what to look for when choosing a kitten.

  • LOL its the ultimate cat!!!

  • Accurate video. I have a Manx and he is the only cat I have ever LOVED! He is so dog like! He follows me everywhere and sits politely by if I need to work on something, then is happy to cuddle up with me at bedtime or when I watch TV. He has a polite voice and playful, but not obnoxious manner, and absolutely owned my border collie. The two were best friends - playmates. Highly recommend Manx as companion animals for someone who wants a true pet and friend - and I don't like most cats!

He was literally like having a third child in the house. Could let you know whatever he wanted you to do for him. He is so very missed.
