BEING IN A RUT

We all at times get to an impasse, a place lige the "Egg timer effect" where everything seems at loggerheads and we can't see a way forward or a way out. Yet it's often because we dwell on the problem endlessly that we can't see any solutions and we churn everything up in our minds. There is a solution for everything in life, and it's down to us. There are NO magic wands, you have to create the way forward regardless of any help you may get. But success and happiness does lie just ahead.
