    Next maybe some video's for mma specific strength, power, and conditioning since alot of people have alot of conflicting views on how to train fighters.

  • Hey dou, if you don't mind, doing leg training and running afterwards is usually the staple of my training routine

  • is it ok if I gym and do sprint on the same day,, thats like spliting them in the morning and in the evening? pl let me know. your videos are amazing and people got to learn alot about the workouts.
