Even though I don't always agree with Elisabeth, I respect Elisabeth. She holds her own among older, stronger women,showing her strength. Elisabeth is kind as she expresses her difference, unlike others who can be cruel.

Chelsea, in a remarkable position as the daughter of 1. A President 2.Possibly the first FEMALE PRESIDENT and 3. One of the most healthy results of a whitehouse upbringing...obviously healthy physically and wonder of wonders emotionally healthy... always a testament to the PARENTS whether ya like to admit it or not. CHELSEA is an remarkable young person without airs, anxiety,entitlements. Wow do you think we as Americans could have survived the Lewinski thing in just the same healthy manner?

I just feel like when I see Elizabeth saying she contacted her and such she could have been less cheezy sounding and I believe it gives off a vibe that she is thinking something like "must fake interest in chelsea because I am really in the back of my mind judging her for her father's choices" I mean and after she was like "oh my gosh everyone loves you etc" no, this isn't everyone always loves her 24/7, but by that same token to be false and then wonder why chelsea wouldn't want to be on???????

I will put what i put in a comment lower down on someone's comment. I am torn in how I feel about Chelsea's response in this video. part of me thinks she owes a answer and the other part of me says no way in heck can I know what it is like to answer to those kinds of situations that your parents are in. :( I just feel bad for her having to answer for her father's choices. I feel though BW isn't in a good lite. She comes off very sarcastic to CC. She seems fake interested in her. Am I wrong?????

@taraisastar When I see Barbara saying "hey chelsea we all love you...." I don't really believe it. I see that as Barbara's way of fake "being nice" to Chelsea like we want to make sure we act like we care about Chelsea but since she is the daughter of a father who did things than it isn't like we should actually be nice to her. :( Am I reading things into it???? So sad if any of this exists in Hollywood! Amazing how emotionally healthy she is. Hope this grows with marraige life!!!

@taraisastar Tara: I have to say I agree with you about Chelsea being physically healthy, but I am not sure what I think about this clip of Barbara. It appears that Barbara Walters was shocked that Elizabeth desired to connect with Chelsea with respect to their texting relationship and then made a comment about "why would chelsea not want to be a part of our show????" UM HELLO! Does Barbara really feel like Chelsea does not feel judged when people act like she is diseased.or bad????

@gravyboatK Lets be real, if she was whoring herself she'd be dropping names left and right. You may not understand the desire one would have to support a family member, let alone one's mother, and that's fine. Don't judge Chelsea for wanting her mother to have the very best outcome of that last run for president, even though you may not understand it. And also..."did you think it hurt her credibility" = absolutely NO class of whatever individual who asked that question.

And Barbara is absolutely right. Elisabeth is usually one on her own in every debate. She does't get intimidated, she doesn't care if anyone agrees with her. She's passionate, and a very strong in her opinions. I wouldn't want to watch this show and disagree with anyone else.

I disagree with Elisabeth all the time. ALL the TIME! She makes me so mad. But I've started to feel affection for her, I think because she usually comes from a good place. Plus, even though they argue, the ladies seem to love her. I loved this clip and had yet to see it, but in the description it said Whoopi gave her a hug and I am all about that stuff! I ♥ WHOOPI.
