I lost my brother Doug in a Motorcycle accident about 15 years ago. Strange that it's been that long. I didn't sleep well for ages. I used to wake Ty up when I was having nightmares about him. I wrote this song about that time. I was ready to move on emotionally, but not subconsciously I guess.

This song alway makes me want to cry, not only because of your brother and the pain you went through, but also, it reminds me of my dad. He took his own life about 13 years ago, when I was just a litte kid and I've been having dreams about him ever since. I guess that's why you're my favourite artist, you make music from your soul
