We saw this on youtube and since we don't live far from this location, decided to give it a try... It works EVERY SINGLE! You put your car in neutral and you actually roll and/or pushed to the top of the hill!
The story behind this is that some kids were killed at the bottom of this hill and now they watch over this place to prevent anyone else from being hurt or killed.. so they push your car back to the top of the hill. Some say that if you put powder on your car that you will see the hand prints of the children who died in this location.
It is also said that ETSU (the local college) has sent researchers there to find the cause of this phenomenon and still have no explanation as to why the cars are rolling up the hill.
Whatever the reason.. it DOES actually work and it's so freaky rolling backward UP a hill!
**Warning**
If you decide to try this yourself, be careful.. it is a high traffic area, We ended up having to use the shoulder of the road because of the traffic.
