Despite serving six years in the NYS Legislature, State Senator Darrel Aubertine still seems bewildered by the process that requires a Senator to vote when his name is called.
Here, aides and other members can be heard off-camera urging the North Country Senator to take a position on a bill that is before the Senate. Aubertine's name is called repeatedly, as the rest of the Senate awaits his decision.
The expression on the Senate parliamentarian (on the dais at right) is priceless.
