Taste of Archstone - The Buchanon

This is my entry for the Taste of Archstone competition. A rice pilaf with onions, three kinds of bell peppers, peas, and carrots.

I encourage you to add your own mix of ingredients to spice up this dish. Try adding raisins, almonds, nuts, celery, or anything else you can find at your local farmers market.

I like finishing this dish in the oven so I can work on the rest of dinner while its cooking.

I did my editing in Final Cut...I think iMovie has an option to do that too but I can look into it for you. I was getting annoyed with iMovie so I switched over :-)
