Turtan is a tangible programming language. It's instruction are figures that the programmer put on the table to link them, the results are a lot of incredible motioned fractals.

  • i think one has to use some imagination to bring this proof of concept to a purpose. for instance, in music, the line could serve as an input for midi. it could also serve as a way to generate the initial inputs for neural network based generative art, based on the equation of the line. this table should be considered like a pen tablet or keyboard, so you have to figure how to make them useful in different situations.
