LDS Uncovered

This is a mini documentary about my religion. A lot of people have come up with some crazy ideas about what Mormons are and this is intended to clarify those theories. This is not a preaching session or anything like that. People who watch this are only intended to understand more about the myths of Mormons. I am Mormon so you can trust me on this one.

sweetheart. maybe you should do some of your own research. I love my church. whether its true or not is out of the question. being mormon makes me happy. what's wrong with that? i'm sure if you people would all just open your eyes to something different you could learn to love us as well. have you ever noticed that mormons are generally very happy people? its because we have something to live for. we've got something to look forward to. and that is being with our heavenly father again one day:)

lol I love 1:32 how he has horns...there are actually some people, to this day, that believe that Mormons have horns! hehe a perfect example of how the same incorrect stereotypes none of which are original carry on until this very day including polygamy, blacks not having the priesthood, and the continued attacks upon the character of Joseph Smith by ministers of others faiths because his very claim of a restored gospel threatened their very livelihood. Find the truth ask an active member.

@XxladyxlovexX I find it ironic we live in the age of information yet all it really means is that there is more ignorance and misinformation out there yet if one is persistent you will find the truth. I am thankful for the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ taught unconditional love I find it telling of ones actual beliefs and character who one treats another human being.

@MrMormonslayer: I am not mormon but I am not for grossly erroneous information either. The LDS (mormon) church abandoned polygamy about 100 yrs ago. Some didn't like the idea to give up multiple sex partners and formed their own church the FLDS (fundamentalist mormons),similar names but they are not the same. Congrats on leaving the church, I think LDS and FLDS and ALL religions are not necessary for humans.

@XxladyxlovexX Now they don't practice polygamy and allow blacks to hold the priesthood. Why you ask? Because society looked down on the mormon religion for both polygamy and not allowing blacks into the priesthood. What does the mormon church do when society is knocking at the Mormons door? Why they have a "vision from the prophet." Now polygamy is looked down upon the church and is scoffed at. Why, the mormons dont do that. Just those crazy "fundamentalists" (original mormons)

@XxladyxlovexX most mormons are "generally happy" because that is the vibe that the church wants to put out there.  From the time you are born into the church, you are looked down upon if you question the doctrine of Joseph Smith and the Mormon Church. Most people that are mormon were born into the religion. No one in their right mind would research the religion, find out all of the crazy things they believe in, and choose to accept it as their church. Mormons once practiced pologamy (cont.)

really Mormons, LDS, are just like other religions. O every religions end up in hell. Only true faith will stand up against time and Seduction. Give Your hart to Jesus and trust in Him alone. Morman's christians|? Satan believes also in Jesus Christ. Makes him that a Christian too? Other point, the difference is in believing! Not that they both believe IN Jesus Christ. You have to know what you believe of him? Then there are differences.
