Sean Avery makes a point of making a public spectacle of himself. He repeatedly acts out in a public way, like some poorly behaved child. Unchecked head shots etc. have nothing to do with this particular issue. Of course people are going to have something to say about his behavior, he courts it and he loves the attention, again just like some child acting out in order to get that attention. Sean would be bitterly disappointed if he didn't get the attention he craves.
