All of your videos are useful for me and I did some of what you do...seriously, It ain't easy man...hahaha...I couldn't carry as heavy as you do but damn it is still tough...You are one of my idol...keep it up man! he never said someone told him not to do something, he said he thinks it looks too dangerous.. which it does... you can keep swinging your weight around your body, and i will actually work-out, kthnxbai.
That looks really dangerous for the spine, rotator cuffs, and discs. Even though I could do it, I wouldn't do it. It looks too dangerous.
