Yes, Journey to the West is a great story. So when i igo to the theater i want to see and hear the story and not so much acrobatics. For that i better go to the circus.

@ryanspirit Great observation! I've know Chen Shizheng for many years and can vouch that he's a huge Christopher Walken fan and would be flattered at any comparison. Within a year of arriving in the US, he described a screwed-up family situation he had witnessed as "The father's a con man and his children are suckers."

@takineko I got one from itunes.. the albarn studio version though, not original ost. Also if you go to "The Vinyl Factory" online, you can get a sweet lp for 250 pounds.. or a slightly less sweet one for 65 pounds.

I wish this had made it to Canada!

And instead if getting this incredible performance from one of my favorite book shared with us. We got the next few Dragon Ball: (D)evolution sequels to look forward to... (shutters and holds back his vomit)

@Recedebo I totally agree with you. The music can only do so much, but the visuals define most of it (in my opinion). I honestly would not have been interested in Monkey if not for the amazing pictures.

Albarn = true artist.
this guy's voice sounds like Christopher Walken with a bit of chinese accent haha. I reckon he can pull of Christopher Walken impersonation
