  • This seems more like the guys using certain weights to impress the guy he's working out with, rather then actually doing a dynamic bench.

  • @kevinm9529 he's right though...

  • if i watch your weights here (100kg) you must do a one max rep with about 200 kg. cause 100 is abput 50% of 200kg. do you bench 200? anyway keeps up the good work. just watch your speed, and always work on technic, I keep doing it as well

  • @kevinm9529 it is just that it looks too slow the way you do it. I'd rather drop some of the weights so that you can put in more speed. looks like you're using 75%, thats too much as louie Simmons says. or you are not giving 100% of your speed ability into that weight. This weight is waaaaay to heavy for the dude with the white shirt, its nearly max for him. cheers

  • @kevinm9529 my max rep is 160kg bench. I didnt want to pick on you or something, it just doesnt look proper to me. I studied all seminars of Louie Simmons and his books. the point in doing speed is SPEED, it is very important to keep the speed at max which is done by using about 40-50% of one max rep, you have to move the weight as fast as possible (watch the westside barbell guys like Jay fry) watch their speed and technic, also Dave Tate gives good advices for Technics (arch back).

  • Nice speed bro, you may want to drop the weight a bit and use mini bands instead of chains. Nice way to teach that kid how to strain. Stay strong.

  • Man, that guy in the white t-shirt needs to get his benchpress technique fixed. damn

  • lol guy in the background doin smith machine bench
