My ex girlfriend took offense to it because "she" said it makes guys look weak and that she didn`t like the kind of man that would stay at home to take care of kids when he should be out working. As for the working part I agree, but there is nothing wrong with a man/father/stepdad staying home til he gets a job to do the chores and child care that the mom normally does.
