I have the Feb 2011 model 15" 2.2Ghz. I'll wait for a major update and not just a little update like a couple hundred Mhz..

I agree i dont think it will come too soon but but if a new design macbook pro will be released before 2012...

Kenta, I do agree. And also, think there will be a major case redesign -- perhaps more of an Air profile with tapered front. Assume will still be in aluminium? Do you think the 2012 Pros will omit the optical drive? Now if there is any Mac debut this year, perhaps that wished for 15 inch MacBook Air. Hope.
