I'm shy, so you won't see my face for the time being. My videos are kind of boring, so the results will be the main source of excitement. I'm just trying to crash diet my way through, because losing weight the old-fashioned way is too slow, and I just lose motivation very easily.
My inspiration came from Evasivedave, who willed himself through 40 straight days of liquid dieting. His results were impressive, and I hope to show the same perseverance, although in the past I'd usually give up.

Day 1 of my liquid diet blog

Height: 5'4"
Weight: 170 pounds

Almonds (1 handful, 100~ cal)
Fuji Apple (Medium, 80~ cal)
Vanilla Soy Milk with Match powder (32 oz, ~400 cal)

Total: 580~ cal

Notes: I call it a liquid diet,with some fresh fruits and nuts here and there.
Weekdays will be hard, because I am out and about. The inevitable loss of energy is what I am most afraid of when it comes to dieting. Especially on my longest days when I don't get home till 9 pm. This is the main reason why I didn't want to do this diet for a long time.

  • @BenjaminTee Yep Yep.. The diet method offered by the site WeightLossAction.Info works absolutely good. I lost a bunch of weight really quickly by just using and performing it..

  • YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!! If you cant, i really think you should look into healthier and more effective fatloss techniques and programs like body for life etc. You posted this in 2008 so I HOPE YOU REACHED YOUR WEIGHTLOSS GOALS~!!!

  • LittleCola12 perhaps you should hit the books and learn something. One important thing to write here. If you use a proteinshake diet with water and will not lose your muscles. This is what bodybuilders do to lose speed rape weight in 1 week. Iam 220 pounds and i only need to lose belly fath. Iam drinking cofee and alot of water . 2-3 hours intervall. This diet will work if you speed up your metabolism . You need to do HIIT 4 min a day :) Water diet does work it clean your body. 4-7 days max

  • oprah did this when she lost 60 pounds once upon a time. (pulling wagon of fat episode) the day she quit she gained back 3 pounds within a week she gained ten. the diet kills your metabolism and puts you in starvation mode so you end up fatter than when you started. youll see when your done

  • think she fail or die doing this stupid diet . can we just say there is never a quick fix so get up off the couch put down the junk food and work your butt off.

  • this diet is not good!! sure your gunna lose wieght, but once you stop the diet your body will absorb more fat and calories and icky stuff than when you started. in the end you;ll probly end up heavy again or even heavier, do it the hard way eat right and exercise (also consider moderation!) moderation is key....and i guess you failed this diet since you had no more videoos soooo.....people of the world please PLEASE dont do this diet!!
