I don't think it's too extreme to find Alex somewhat of a sympathetic character. The way his family treated him taps into the psychological fear of being disowned or alone, the atmosphere in the house accentuated that. Then again, I think that's giving Double Helix a bit too much credit, with the horribly lazy writing in mind. The best part of the game is the music.

Thank you for the Let's Play, I don't think I've ever seen a more thorough or ''lovingly'' made walkthrough of a game. Kudos!

Funny how you play that interview and Eric is talking about how Homecoming is so different. When I specifically remember reading an interview with someone from Double Helix (maybe Eric, probably not) where they prided themselves on delivering "an old-school Silent Hill" experience.
